LMAO when fat-*** was telling the angry puppy what he would consider "good" party food. I was shocked when such a classy rub-my-elbows with sports and politico elite would admit he loves "pig-in-the-blankets" best...............so many easy jokes after that one, that i will leave it alone.
Icelanders 12-07-2006, 02:34 PM Not to take away from your attempt at humor...but one of the funnier shows in the last few months was when M&MD were at shea for game 7 and they ran up WFAN's skybox food bill on air. They brought in the aramark Chef and placed this huge order for the game that night. It was quite humorous. Especially when the chef was saying how WFAN never orders anything good for the people in the box.
JabbatheFrancesa 12-07-2006, 02:59 PM I missed this! I guess the vending machine ran out of Diet Coke! LOL.
Not on Mickey's Birthday 12-07-2006, 03:01 PM Good bit today. Chris suggesting grapes and Mike saying no was too funny.
"Meatballs can go either way." And shrimp can't? I'd rather take a gamble on meatballs than shrimp.
I think Chris was referring to the frozen Swedish meatballs from Costco.
Scary.
Chris is supposed to be this spoiled rich kid; Grapes, lunchmeat ham, and frozen Swedish meatballs??? Where is the celery sticks, carrots and cucumber tray with the big vat of Ranch in the middle?
Sounds like a shindig' from my ole' neighborhood in South Baltimer......Hun!!!

JabbatheFrancesa 12-07-2006, 03:04 PM I think Russo is a tightwad with his money.
As for Francesa...
I think he likes expensive things. If I rememeber correctly, I think he has like six tv's in his lvingroom

The meatballs aren't bad, but that crazy sweet Swedish sauce is rough.
Although if your just looking for something to throw down before becoming excessively intoxicated....

This idea that one would take a chance with meatballs over shrimp is just obserd!
............
Rollins College 4 Life 12-07-2006, 04:04 PM Costco's fresh shrimp is also very good. Not sure why but they just seem better than a lot of other places.
Somehow this has turned into a review of Costco foods. The magic of mikefrancesa.com never ceases to amaze me..

Hey, how about the Costco wine selection?? - Opus One, Phelps Insignia, Silver Oak, Caymus, Solaia.
To me that's the best part of Costco. After buying wines for those prices you'll never want to buy a nice bottle of wine from a restaurant again.
Sorry to make this a referendum on Costco - it was my smart-*** meatball comment that started this nonsense....
My bad!!!

His doctor must have had a stroke when he heard Mike on the air today saying he loved the Johnsonville Brats.
