I completely agree with you but someone brought up a good point to me which I have no answer. Many of those people would be future customers who might not renew based off of them feeling short changed by the team. You cant anger those ppl b/c you need their money. Im not sure what the solution is except to offer the tix to those ppl and if they decline then lower?
