Default Yankee player on the Sid Rosenberg Show tomorrow

Yankees first baseman Doug Mientkiewicz will be on the Sid Rosenberg Show tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 8:30 a.m. talking Torre and the World Series. Other guests scheduled to appear tomorrow include Carl Banks talking Giants/Dolphins and ESPN's Jeremy Schaap reviewing the second installment of E60.

Tune in later in the week for scheduled guests that include Phil Simms, Tiki Barber, Bernie Kosar, Actor Johnathan Schwartzman, NFL Network's Adam Schefter, ESPN's Jayson Stark, Mike Barnicle, Joseph Abboud and Gino Toretta (for starters)

Also feel free to check out the latest archives from the last week on 790 The Ticket.com. Ann Coulter, Jay Severin, Michael Irvin and Michael Strahan are just a few.

Hop on to www.myspace.com/sidrosenberg for the newest blogs, guests, comedy sketches and opinions. The Sid Rosenberg Show streams online everyday from 5:30 to 10:00. A recent column described the show as SportsCenter, Entertainment Tonight, 60 Minutes and E's The Soup all neatly wrapped everyday. Tune in!

Sid, ask a REAL question...something along the lines of 'Your former teammate Kevin Millar threw out the first pitch for game 7 of the ALCS this year at Fenway...He's also contracted to play for the Orioles in 2008 (conflict of interest?)....
Joe has 4 in 12 years..... Francona will have 2 in 4 years.....
do the math einstein....

your question is a joke.....fit for the overnights akin to your Umberto commercials....

next..

I guess I shouldn't even bother to watch the games then...

Dude, 4 out of 12 beats 1 plus a hypothetical anyday, anytime, anywhere...

Did you put Yankee player instead of Doug Mientkiewicz because no one would open the post it if they knew it was him?

Seriously Sid..some good guests you are getting..loved the interview with Rudy!! (the guy form the Goonies who played him..not guiliani).

Yeah, maybe, but what's the playoff record head to head? By all accounts, Francona had a HUGE impact with the Sox mindset/approach during the 0-3 comeback in 2004, while Joe struggled his way to baseball infamy.

I actually think that would be an excellent question for a guy who played for both managers...especially due to the current state of both organizations and managers.
