I don't think it is Carl Banks. Banks has that arrogant "I know everything" attitude (at least now he does). The guy in the clip sounds very humble. Plus we know Banks' voice all too well that someone would have gotten it based on his voice alone by now if it was him.

its WILLIE GAULT . there a tv show called still standing from 2004 a cbs show which willie gault and two other super bowl bears are talking about there super bowl rings too bill and judy miller( the two main characters on the show) i bet they got the audio from that show the episode is called still champions. i looked for video of the episode but i cant find it online. wfan is a cbs owned company is it not

Gault was also on Boomer & Carton show on Wfan so Gault seems as good an option as any.

I'll repeat my earlier comment that the audio talks about the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl and HOF as being why someone plays the game. If the guy wasn't all three, then that audio means nothing.

It does mean nothing, if you ask me.

Maybe the guy was a HOFer, maybe not. He's talking about the goals a player has. I don't see it as it means he had to have accomplished all the goals.

ive been waitin for years for someone to get this audio.its been played before and i think names like green and martin have all been thrown out there before and they were wrong. the first time i heard the audio years ago i swore it was WILLIE GAULT so i hope someone says it. i posted earlier today i thought it was him and that i played the audio and a youtube clip and some other people did the same and thought so too. i used the youtube clip willie gault*la raiders*chicago bears by real tv film and it sounded dead on.

I don't have the audio of the clip (the "defining moment" one) at my disposal, and I haven't found the interview or anything, but from my recollection of it I seem to recall some minor stuttering at parts? Not exactly an open and shut case, but am I remembering correctly?
