It is very simple. President Barack Obama and Herr Napolitano DO NOT want to close the U.S. Mexican border because it would present one simple dilemma for the administration. It would actually prove to the American people that the border can be closed. Once Americans see this they will demand better border security at all times, not just when Mexicans are bringing the Mexican/Swine/Napolitano Flu to our homeland.
