Wonder why NBC News did not include this Henry Kissinger quote in their Nightly News feature on the newly released Nixon audio tapes by the Nixon Presidential Library. Here is Henry Kissinger, former Nobel Peace Prize Winner:
“The emigration of Jews from the Soviet Union is not an objective of American foreign policy,” Mr. Kissinger said. “And if they put Jews into gas chambers in the Soviet Union, it is not an American concern. Maybe a humanitarian concern.”
“I know,” Nixon responded. “We can’t blow up the world because of it.”
You have to love the qualifier “maybe” that Kissinger uses when he says that if the Soviets put Jews in gas chambers, that might be a humanitarian concern. Now let us wait and see if the Fox News blowhards ask the mighty China loving Henry Kissinger if he will apologize for these comments and what in God’s name was he thinking when he uttered them. Will any reporter ask Kissinger, anyone?
