Either way, when Hillary Clinton arrived at the United Nations this week, to discuss the Arab League’s peace plan for Syria, she came off looking just a little sinister.
In fact, some might say this unfortunate photo of the Secretary of State bears a bit of a resemblance to an old-school Bond villain.
