Last Thursday when the Jeremiah Wright videos went viral all over the internet and O’Reilly led with the story, Olbermann remained silent, not even a word about it. Then the next night Obama decided to break his silence with his lackey named Keith Olbermann. The night before Olbermann was all over two McCain religious haters named Hagee and Parsley. However when Obama’s spiritual mentor and best friend was the hater, it changed from moral outrage to figuring out how Obama could survive the story politically. On that Thursday night Olbermann even laughed asking a reporter if Hagee and Parsley allowed Obama to have a religious hater advantage, if Obama could actually attack McCain because of Parsley and Hagee. Later Olber-Bama had one of his blowhard “Special Comments” demanding Hillary Clinton fire and denounce Geraldine Ferraro because she said Obama was lucky to be black.
But on Friday night no such “Special Comment”, I guess moral outrage does not work when Olbermann’s man crush is involved.
Nothing changed last night as Olbermann spent 35 minutes on a meaningless story. Three government worker schmucks looked into a computer file that had Barack Obama’s passport information. Olbermann treated this as if it was the Watergate scandal. I don’t understand, what could possibly be incriminating on somebody’s passport records, it is not like Obama went to Libya with his pastor friend Wright and Farrakhan to see uber terrorist Qaddafi. Anyway the rumor is that the State Department, whose politics are more in line with Obama than any other candidate, leaked this story to appease the Obama campaign who desperately needed something to take the Jeremiah Wright disaster off the airwaves.
This looks like a David Axelrod special. Word on the street is that Axelrod told Olbermann not to mention the Wright story on Thursday night and he would get paid back by having Obama go on his show first on Friday. The same coordination was in effect last night as Olbermann spent the first 35 minutes of his show on the fake Obama passport photo. This is a manufactured story, coordinated by Axelrod’s team and their contacts in the State Department.
